Which one-year graduation course can I pursue with a gap of 6 years? Can I complete my UG in one sitting? Will it be deemed valid?
I have a gap of 6 years after completing class 12th.

There is no such course available that can be completed in the single sitting. It is just credit transfer option, kindly contact the university if it is allowing you to decrease 1 or 2 years from the course for you.
