    Hi Pooja,
    You can pursue advance digital marketing course as this field will be having a good scope in the future as everything is turning is digitalized
    Also, since Government of India has launched its digital campaign, this will have a wide scope and large job opportunities in future.

    Advanced Digital Marketing programme, E-Commerce etc. are good ones for you after MBA in marketing. ERP is another course which can be pursued through online after HR.

    I cannot suggest a course for Departmental Promotion. But, courses by HP E-Life/Edcast are good refreshers. MOOCs can be done from many established universities.

    There are various online courses available. It depends on your career choice. If you want to go in marketing field then choose course related to international business, international marketing, logistics and supply chain management, strategy management and others. For HR related courses you can choose for Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, International HRM and Payroll Management etc. These courses will help you for good career opportunities.
