    Hi.

The BCI mandates that all recognised law degrees (3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated B.A. LL.B., BBA LL.B., etc.) must be pursued in a regular, full-time, in-person classroom mode. This is because practical training, moot courts, debates, and mandatory physical attendance (70%) are considered essential components of professional legal education that cannot be adequately replicated online.
Any online law degree is considered "null and void ab initio" (invalid from the start) for the following professional or academic purposes:
    • Enrolling with a State Bar Council
    • Practicing as an advocate in any court in India
    • Appearing for
    ...more
