Which option between private universities and Studying abroad is better for B.Tech-computer science engineering?

In my opinion, you must go for study abroad. The US has always been a top study destination for Lacs of students around the world. But Unless you opt for the scholarships of tuition-free universities like Germany, us, the cost of studying Engineering abroad is significantly higher compared to India.
