Rohit, you cannnot say which is better between an Apple and an Orange. Same here. Both engg and medicine are good and it would depend upon your personal liking to make any of it a real success for you. Judge your thoughts by your way of life, your nature, your sensitiveness, your creative instincts and think what you would more like to be. That you provide you the correct answer.

It depends on your interest. Both fields have immense growth opportunities for a talented individual.
If you are asking from income point of view then a talented doctor has slight advantage over a talented engineer.
If want good money + time for your family + time for yourself then go with engineering option.
