Which option is better after completing MCA: MBA or Job?

I have completed my BCA with a aggregate of 60% and now I am pursuing MCA from distance education from Bharati Vidyapeeth University side by side I am doing Job. After completed my MCA in 2016 I am thinking of doing MBA regular.

    Go for job to check your performance after MCA. Get job exerience first then decide for further qualification of MBA. Educating is never ending process.

    You should do MBA after MCA,and i suggest you try for CAT exam and start your preparation from now.

    Hey Dipesh,
    I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years then pursue MBA.
    The advantage of this step would be:
    - You will gain relevant work experience.
    - After working for few years you will know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
    - Candidates with work experience will have competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
    - This work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment in MBA, as most companies would surely prefer an experience candidates over a fresher for a job.
