Which option is better after Diploma in civil engineering between B.Tech and B.Tech (distance)+training?

If you are getting on the job training, then you can go for B.Tech through distance. But professional courses like B.Tech are not available through distance learning. So, you should go for B.Tech. If you have option for distance B.Tech with on the training then you can pursue distance B.Tech.
