i already said No doubt Mtech is good. .
See you are a BCA student you have to first complete MCA for doing Mtech
And here after doing Btech you are directly getting a chance to do Mtech Then why go for MCA ?
You will save three year if you do Mtech . but i think you are not satisfied with my answe

m.tech is much better than mca for u but suggest u to go for mba through cat xat all the best
