Which option is better after MBA in finance - training under a CA or working in a bank for summer internship?

Hi Rishu!
If you wish to pursue CA alongside, then working under a CA would make sense. Else, Banks and other financial institutions like insurance companies, investment companies etc. Will be a great choice for an internship.
