Which option is better among B.Sc and B.Tech in biotechnology? I've completed my 12th and I would like to do Ph.D after Masters degree.

Both B.Sc-M.Sc-PhD and B.Tech-M.Tech-PhD are equally good option to achieve your goal of PhD. There are lots of opportunities in the field of Biotechnology, therefore, I will like to recommend you to opt for Bio-Technology.
