But the CCNA+MCSE is the highest level of the certification as MCSE is being provided by Microsoft, so here you not only get basics for CCNA but you are also getting knowledge of operating systems, networking also and various concepts. I would suggest you to go for all three as it will be an advanced level certification like CCNP and CCIE.
