Which option is better among software job and government job?

Hi Rajesh, 1) Job security : Government jobs are more secure than that of private jobs where in a volatile world the layoffs cannot be predicted. 2) Career Growth : In the government sector growth is based on the years of work you put in whereas in a private job growth is related to the performance of the individual in the organisation. 3) Monotony : The challenges posed to you in a private job are fairly higher as compared to government job. So, government job is more monotonous. 4) Satisfaction and change : Satisfaction always holds the key factor in working conditions. If you are not satisfied with the job or organisation in private sector, you can migrate to another place where you would find what you missed whereas in government there is no chance of that sorts. 5) Salary : Your rate of accumulation of wealth is higher in private sector as compared to government jobs.
