Hello, Both have good placement but in the case of infrastructure and facility LPU is better. Extremely low strength of student, PES have a policy of student teacher ratio, and to increase the strength it don't take admission just from any exam, it has a much lower number of students to give sufficient focus to all 4. High Achievement, International Scholarship and Internship, Rocket (PISAT 2017) and RSAT (2019), 5 Research Labs within campus again for like 50 students each lab, not a 1200 for 1 ratio. The fee is a drawback, but there are enough scholarship to compensate that. So PESU it is.

For CSE from PES and SRM, I'll prefer you to opt for the SRM as that college is one of the best top private colleges of India and also the placements, faculty and infra of SRM college is better than the PES.

There are a large number of quality campuses in Bangalore. Doing Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore is always useful. Bangalore is famous for the Information Technology and ITES jobs. So large number of students join Bangalore campuses for their Bachelor of engineering education. No colleges offer placement without the student's support. All campuses will invite good companies which offer good packages. They will provide placement training for that company. The student needs to dedicate his mind and work hard to achieve the same goal for getting a good job. The college has good quality faculties who are having experience in the field of teaching. They can guide you to success. PES is one of the famous colleges in the IT capital of our country. SRM offers quality education with average placement assistance. No colleges offer placement without the student's support. All campuses will invite good companies which offer good packages. They will provide placement training for that company. The student needs to dedicate his mind and work hard to achieve the same goal for getting a good job. The college has good quality faculties who are having experience in the field of teaching. They can guide you to success. SRM is better than PES. SRM is one of the oldest colleges which offer good quality education.

B.Tech in CSE from SRM is world class and is equally comparable to top IITs. The average range of salaries in 5-7 LPA and highest up to 88 lakhs with 100% placement record. The placement season for the current year 2015-16 started on a brisk in May 2015 with more than 50 top notch core companies recruiting 621 students. Some of the prominent recruiters included Goldman Sachs, Accenture, SAP, Philips, Amazon, GE, Dell, MuSigma, Think @ Learn, Amadeus, Flipkart, Fidelity, ThoughtWorks and HUL. PES Universty, however, is good enough but not in comparison to Top25 colleges for Engineering, since average salary seen here is 4 PA and highest up to 25lpa. 100% placements guarantee is not given and lacks quality dedicated team for placing all students. My personal opinion would be to go with SRM for its rankings, placements, alumni, faculty experience. Both the universities are a prominent choice of the global and national corporates at the time of placement session. Comparing the two universities will not be a tough task. Institute can be evaluated on the basis of infrastructure, placements, and faculty. Though SRM, Chennai is a big brand well established and stands among the top when it comes to overall ranking in India but PES being situated in Bangalore attracts the first attention of the corporates for placement drives. This forms the major plus point for PES, Bangalore. PES, although is very small and has very less crowd as compared to SRM, Chennai so much individual focus, can be seen by faculty. Due to this, the placement percentages is almost 100 percent whereas the crowd in the SRM has to struggle till the last. Although, SRM students get good exposure and skills by which they can shape themselves still placement chances are more for PES student . Average SRM placement is Rs 9 lakhs per annum and in PES Rs 11 lakhs per annum whereas highest in both is upto Rs 40 lakhs. So make a wise decision. Hope it helped. Thank you.

I'll give you the pros and cons of both the colleges so you can efficiently make your decision. SRM is a big brand and so is the reason why a large number of companies come during the placement season also if you wish to continue your studies abroad SRM is the right choice for you but at the same time the CSE department alone has 1500 students in one match which happens to be the total strength of PES, which is where pes is at an advantage. Also going up to the location of the college in Bangalore more number of core companies visit the campus during placement season including Microsoft, Google and various others. If individual attention is what you seek for then PES is the right choice for you but if you want to go study abroad SRM can make it happen easily, as they have collaborations with over 70 and more International institutions and also practice programs like semester abroad dual degree and Twinning programs. As I don't know much about PES, I can only suggest you that CSE in SRM is very good in terms of placement, faculty and labs.
