    Both of them are good course. it totally depends on your interest .
    if you have interest in accounts and mathematics then c.a. will be great option .
    if you have interest in law and want to deal with legal aspect of the company then you should purse c.s .

    Even though government mandadating CS appointment, some well settled Company secretaries managing the system. Select the career by which you get value, not by enforcement.

    CS is better as its scope has increased a lot after companies act
    CS can earn a lot in compliance field
    It has also opened up due diligence role for CS
    there is also secretarial audit which is compulsory for many companies and which is conducted by CS only
    So go for CS as passing rate of CS is greater than CA
