    I can understand, there, you are confused between branch and college. In my opinion, I would recommend you to prefer college over the branch, because a good college provides you a better environment and makes you a better person in every aspect. There is also facility of branch change is provided in every college. You need to score good in your first year and you will be able to change your branch if there are seats available in that branch.
