Hi. As both of the institute is really good on placement. So if you are passionate about computer Science and want a career in corporate world then join CSE in Chennai branch. Or your interest in electronics and ics related work then join ECE at Vellore.

It completely depends on your preference. If you feel you want to study CS only, then go for CSE at VIT Chennai. If you feel you like electronics too and it is an option for you, then go for ECE at VIT Vellore. VIT Vellore campus is better than Chennai campus. But if you are only interested in a particular stream, then go for that.
