Which option is better for EEE between Rourkela and Warangal? My marks are 180 and rank is 9251.

Hello Arveti, This is a classic Shakespearean dilemma. Rourkela as well as Warangal, both have a long history of academic excellence. Practically there is nothing much to differentiate between the two. Hence my advice would be to select the one with better convenience.
