Yes you can apply to Indore Institute of Law with a valid score in CLAT exam. The institute accepts CLAT for admissions to all the courses except LLM. Hence, you are eligible for admission in the institute. However, you must ensure to submit the valid scorecard for the same to apply for and confirm your admission in IIL. Additionally, if you don't have a valid score in CLAT, then you can also appear for the IILET exam.
In 2022, CLAT exam was held twice, I. e. on June 19 as CLAT 2022, and on December 18, 2022 as CLAT 2023. However, from 2024 onwards, CLAT exam is to be conducted once in a year only, as confirmed by the exam officials in the latest notification. Earlier, CLAT exam was conducted in May or June, but from 2024 onwards the entrance exam will be conducted in December (of preceding year to the admission year) itself for concluding admissions on time. For admission to one-year LLM or five-year LLB at TNNLU Tiruchirappalli, the CLAT test will be conducted on December 14, 2025 (tentative). Aspirants of TNNLU Tiruchirappalli are required to appear for the exam in offline pen-paper mode at the allotted test centres. The exam will take place in more than 125 cities listed as CLAT 2026 test centres in 22 states and UTs.
The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will release all important CLAT Dates along with the official CLAT Notification 2026. The CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) 2026 exam is likely to be held on December 14, 2025. However, no official announcement on CLAT Exam have been made yet. CLAT Application Process 2026 is likely to begin in July 2025.
