Which option is better in terms of career prospects: PGDM, advance Diploma or Masters from Canada?

All the three program levels have different requirements and leads to different careers. Advanced diplomas are good if you have passed 12th. PGDM is professional course and Masters is research. Which is better is decided based on your interest.
