Which option is better in terms of placement: ECE from VIT or CSE from LPU?

Both the universities as well as both the courses are good. It all depends on your interest. You are the best person to decide which course you should enroll in. As far as B Tech CSE at LPU is concerned, I would like to say that LPU is synonymous with B Tech CSE. B Tech CSE is one of the fortes of LPU. Being a faculty of LPU I would like to share some details of the B Tech CSE department of LPU : Placements are very good at LPU. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. The maximum package availed by the student for CSE is 42 LPA. The maximum salary offered was 40 LPA and the average salary was 5.7lpa. PEP Classes-These classes help students for placements so that they can get selected in the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from the pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. The Knowledge Review has rated LPU as the 10th best Training & Placement Institution in India. Tie-ups with Industries: LPU has tie-ups with many reputed industries such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, and Upgrade. CompTIA, Transport, Geeksforgeeks, etc. That helps students to explore themselves more in their field. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Specializations Offered: CSE students get many specializations while studying CSE to enhance their knowledge according to their interests such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Science, etc.

I have completed my Masters degree from LPU in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a specialisation in Power Systems. Moreover, my experience in the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering was really great. LPU provides a lot of opportunities to all the students of the EEE department. There are some facts that I realized and you would also like about the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering in LPU. Hands-on Practical: Student who studies EEE from LPU got an opportunity to practical work in their field more than theoretical as LPU has Robotics and Automation lab, Bosch Lab and other workshops conducted by this department such Robotics workshop, Labview workshop and many more. Various specialisation Offered in EEE: Power Electronics, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, DSP, Robotics And Automation, VLSI, and many more which helps to do more research in their field. I would recommend going with the LPU course for CSE. Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. The number of admissions in the CSE department has increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying this because I had completed the same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most the students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. They are very supportive of all technicalities. The highest Package Availed by Engineering (CSE) Student MS Tanya Arora is 42 LPA for batch 2020 by Microsoft. Students are placed in WorkIndia at 35 LPA; CLOUDERA at 31 LPA; AMAZON at a package of 30 LPA. An average package ranges from 5-10 LPA.

I am an alumni of LPU and I have seen and heard his experience during his UG. From infrastructure to faculty members. From education quality to rankings and facilities in university. You understand what I mean. Moreover, LPU has Best Lifestyle and College Life. You will find lot of things to enjoy apart from the education. LPU campus is well planned and advanced in terms of facilities and technologies. LPU is good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. You will find the students and staff from about 50 Countries; from Cities, Suburbs, small Towns; from every ethnic & religious background. There is strong system for attendance, education and examination. You have to follow the timetable for your classes and maintain the good percentage in attendance.
