Which option is better: pursuing German from India or pursuing German from Germany?

I have plans to study in Germany.

If you want to live there and work there after your study and want to make connections then my suggestion is to learn at least German A2 level from Goethe. The Goethe-Institute / Max Mueller Bhavan New Delhi conducts German language courses. You are advised to do preliminary German language course from institute. Please refer to following link for details: http://www.goethe.de/ins/in/en/ned/lrn.html
