Which option is better: pursuing Master's from Canada or doing a job in India?

Masters in Canada has good opportunities and good salaries but at the cost of a huge amount of money. Job in India is equally good as Canada or USA if you have a good graduation degree from IITs or NITs and a good PG degree from top 30 B-schools. So basically, cost of living and studying is far less
