Pradeep, this has always been an eternal question facing students at all juncture but especially after graduation, whether to study more or get a job. Sometimes even more difficult whether to accept the job offer or accept the admission to a prestigious course.

9 years agoIn these days of turmoil, jobs are not in plenty. So, a job is preferable, but you should not regret at a later date for not pursuing a course of study. So, check your priorities and make up your mind. check your confidence levels. A greatly confident man can do any thing. -
You should first do job for at least 2-3 years duration and then you should decide about for an MBA. You should always opt for tier 1 level B school as doing MBA from any institute does not help for a good job. Average salary of all B schools together is around 12000 per month which is definitely not a good package. While doing job, you may prepare for CAT and you can really see whether you can make to tier 1 B school. After the end of 2 year, anyway, you will have fair judgment of type of B schools you are getting, average package you may get and you may also have option to pursue executive MBA.

Dear Pradeep
First of all, I wish to know the job position in Marketing if it is relevant with your qualification and Management field or not. Doing job in a very low salary scale will not add up to your profile. Therefore before getting in to corporate field get yourself MBA degree from reputed Institute.
