In these days of turmoil, jobs are not in plenty. So, a job is preferable, but you should not regret at a later date for not pursuing a course of study. So, check your priorities and make up your mind. check your confidence levels. A greatly confident man can do any thing.

You should first do job for at least 2-3 years duration and then you should decide about for an MBA. You should always opt for tier 1 level B school as doing MBA from any institute does not help for a good job.
