Which option is better to get good marks in JEE mains: coaching or self study?
I got 86% in 10th without any coaching.

Though we appreciate your self-study, you will show better performance with coaching and motivation which have their own advantage.Interact with other students very often.

It's your personal decision. Don't discus with anybody that you should take coaching or not. If you are able to understand the subject easily so it's okay you can study at home but if you feel that you need to take any coaching for preparation, you may go ahead.

These days 86% is no big deal, so you must not think you are intelligent or something. To get good marks in jee mains you must do self study with coaching. and keeping in view your class x marks you will have to work very hard since you r an average student
