Which option is better to make career in software engineering: Diploma in software after class 10th or B.E/ B.Tech after class 12th science?

From a job and future studies perspective, B.Tech is a better option. Most of the software company prefer, B.Tech background students compared to a diploma holder. Also if you have plans for higher studies then with diploma course the option might be limited, as many foreign and Indian universitie

Even if you do diploma after 10th, you will be needing B.Tech after it to be a software engineer. If you do diploma, you can get admission in 2nd year directly, else 4 years of engg.
