Which option is better to opt after B.Sc in PCM: M.Sc in Physics or B.Ed?
I have completed B.Sc in PCM with 50% marks.

If you want a job as a teacher in Science stream, then I would suggest you to do B.Ed. But, M.Sc is advisable because to complete B.Ed, you need 2 years and same for M.Sc and after completing M.Sc, you are also eligible to serve some private college as a professor.
You can also give NET examination after M.Sc, if you want your career in education field. -
B.Ed is the best field to enter the teaching field, because it is much valued in India, and if you want to do some research or complete doctorate in Science stream, then go for B.Sc and M.Sc.
-
Both the options are good.
But if you are talking about the best, I would suggest you to opt for M.Sc after completing B.Sc.
With M.Sc, you can take admission in the IIT and IISC. After completing M.Sc, the biggest career options are research and teaching.
For this, you need to appear in the IIT JAM Exam.
You can also give NET examination after M.Sc if you want your career in education field.

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
