Which option should a 25 year old about to complete his B.Tech go for - M.Tech or a job

Next year graduation will get complete & along with it age will be 25 yrs.should pursuing for mtech or looking up for job,which`s better?

if there is financial problem go for job n do M.tech correspondence else increase ur qualification
