Which option should I opt among MS from Germany and M.Tech from India?
I have got 57% marks in BE Mechanical.

With 57% marks in graduation, you have very limited chances in getting admission to a good German university. I would suggest you to prepare well for GATE examination and based on your success, evaluate different Institutes and specialization.
