Which option should I opt: civil engineering from Thapar University or IT from Jaypee?

Thappar is a well reputated college and has been ranked 27 by MHRD Government while japeey is 60th. Even IT markets is full of competition and not performing well these days, so it should be from good college. Civil at Thappar will give you more expenditure and hefty package.You can even join PSUs after civil at Thappar.
