Which option would be better for career opportunities and can I get admission to a good college or university with these scores?
I am confused between B.Tech Biotechnology/Bioinformatics and B.Tech CSE/IT/AIML. I appeared for both PCB and PCM in MHT-CET (2nd attempt only) and scored 89.5 percentile in PCB and 61 percentiles in PCM.I am interested in both fields.

You are interested in both Biotechnology/Bioinformatics and CSE/IT/AI-ML.
My recommendation
I would suggest you choose B.Tech Biotechnology or Bioinformatics rather than taking CSE/IT/AI-ML in a low-tier college.
