Which optionals would suit an M.Sc (Organic Chemsitry) appearing for the UPSC exam

hi iam shanti i had completed my b.sc(c.b.z)with72% later on M.Sc(organic chemistry) with 78%.. now i really want to get selected for UPSC exam. please suggest me which optionals i have to take in the mains. here so me of my friends told that only history and pub.ad are good. what shall i take?

Dear santibharati ,Its depend upon your subjects intrest .You can choose any subject of your intrest.Most of the engineers crack upsc with engineering subjects.though you can choose any subjects.You can choose anthropology also.
