Applicants must first complete OUAT Application Form A. All candidates who wish to apply to Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) for undergraduate admission must complete this preliminary application form. The candidate can download their admit card for the OUAT Undergradute Entrance Examination (OJEE) by completing and submitting Form A.
