You have to appear an entrance and have to go through its counselling process. Entrance is very tough. You have to work hard. All the best. Feel free to revert.

You should opt for the course which have maximum placement assistance in India.

After MBBS, you can go for any specialisation.

PG courses are in every medical college. Some colleges take entrance exams for PG courses. You can choose any PG of your Choice and interests like microbiology, biochemistry, gynecology, dermatology, orthopedics, etc. Also, MD in anatomy and physiology can be a good choice.
