Which PG is better among MBA and M.Tech? I have completed my degree of mechanical engineering.

It depends on your interest. Where do you see yourself in future? If you want to run a business organisation then go for MBA. Otherwise, if you have interest in teaching field or govt. jobs then you may go for M. Tech, but as per the current scenario, MBA has a better market value.

Both M.Tech and MBA are equally good degree courses. If you are technically oriented then you may go for M.Tech else to change career stream, you may do MBA.
