Which place should I choose among Bangalore and Pune to pursue a course in animation as I passed class 12th in 2016 and wasted a year?

I read in WEBEL Animatrix Academy of West Bengal. I came Bangalore for Higher Education in Animation. But, I have already wasted 1 year though I passed HS in 2016.
