Which place should I opt for JEE 2017 entrance exam preparations: Allen, Chandigarh, Kota or Delhi?

Allen, Kotak is best option. -
I think you should go to Jaipur, not Kota because, in Jaipur, the environment is good for studies.

You should choose Kota for preparation of JEE. Kota is known as the education hub and coaching city of India.
