Please help me.My CET rank is 5**.

    It is tough to say which one is best out of the three as every college has it's own plus and minus points. You just need to keep in mind to check :
    -recognition
    -success rate
    -how old the institute is
    -course details
    -faculty
    -alumni / student feedback
    -fee
    -placement
