Hi Saaim, you can go for courses in networking or hardware if you wish to remain in IT.
If you do not have any interest in IT altogether then you can go into management. you can go for courses like IB, global business, MBA. Also MBA IT suggested by Surya is a good option.

You can opt for MBA in operations (Logistics & SCM).
This field has very vast scope and you can easily relate IT to this field.

IMO, go for MBA IT as it will club the relevance of your past studies with the learning of new domain(management). The best option in this reagrd is SCIT, pune.
