Richu... Technical Officer is the grade given for core engineers. From the word "Core Engineers", I mean Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, ECE, Hardware (CSE) etc.. And, IT Officer corresponds to the one who deals with IT (Software). Hope this explanation will suffice you to make out a decision... Go
