The college to offer the best placement packages is any day BITs I.e Birla Institute of Technology Pilani. With companies such as Linkedln, Microsoft, Flipkart, Schlumberger, Goldman Sachs and Amazon also visiting the campus, students always eye big offers. All these companies have increased their compensation offer by 5-25%, indicating a better job scenario every year. In the year 2014 the companies like Microsoft and Schlumberger shortlisted students with a package as high as 70lakh per annum. And, almost 90-95% students were placed from the on-campus interviews out of those who planned to get settled by taking up jobs. Students who insisted to make up there start-ups are also provided with great support and contacts which leads to proper establishment of the companies. The biggest social networking site FACEBOOK has been visiting BITs since last three consecutive years. The start-ups are so much supported that some of the big companies like Hotmail, BigBasket, Swiggy. Onida have out of students from BITs. The environment they have in their, it is possible that you might enter thinking of getting a great and lavish job but you end up being a job producer and not job taker.

BITS, Pilani is one of the topmost college getting huge placements. Many top notch companies come for placements over there. BITS Ranchi has also a good record of placements (as per an opinion of one of my JEE faculties). In Maharashtra, Vishwakarma Institute of the Technology, Pune was the very first private college to get Autonomy! Almost all of the faculty members in all of the departments are good and helpful. They are always ready to guide you not only in curriculum but also in co-curricular activities! PICT college also has got wonderful teaching staff, as stated by many of my friends in PICT. They help students in placements a lot. K. K. Wagh college of engineering, Nashik is having a very good faculty staff in many departments. My cousins and many of my schoolmates have completed computer/IT/ENTC/Electrical from K. K. Wagh college. They say that their teachers arrange many workshops and seminars for their students. This helps those students build a strong resume. Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Mumbai also has a good quality faculties (as per my 12th standard colleague). They also arrange many practical sessions and training programs, so as to make to students more employable. Apart from this, according to my Mumbaikar friends, Father Roderick Angel College, for. Angel College, Bandra are also having good faculty staff.

There are many reputed private engineering college which offer very good placement to its students. I will try to categories colleges according to its placement. Category -1 Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITs) Pilani (KK Birla Goa campus too). BIT Mesra These too are very good in terms of placement especially BITS Pilani. It is equivalent to old IITs. BIT Mesra too has very good reputation and placement. CATEGORY -2 THAPAR University Patiala Dhiru Bhai Ambani Institute of information and communication technology (DAIICT) VIT Vellore SRM Chennai BIT Bangalore Manipal institute of technology These colleges are far better than lower NITs. CATEGORY -3 Jaypee institute of information technology (JIIT) Noida sec -62 LNMIIT Jaipur KIIT Bhuvneshwar IEM Kolkata Amrita University etc. CATEGORY- 4 HIT Kolkata SIT orrisa NIST orrisa BIT Patna Amity university LPU Jalandhar etc Fee in some private colleges are very high.
