    Hi there, Having 16 years behind me in education sometimes I feel that placements are thought to be standalone functions by students. There are a large number of things which contribute towards attracting any company to recruit the talent from a campus. Don't forget that companies also have the experienced guys in open market to recruit from.     I have my engineering from Lovely Professional University in CSE but I hvae many friends enrolled in Automobile and Mechanical Engineering. Approximately 80% students gets placed every year. The highest CTC was INR 36 LPA for engineering students, followed by INR 28 LPA for management students, INR 18 LPA for hotel management students, and INR 4.38 LPA for pharma Science students. Across the board, the average CTC was INR 8 LPA. If you want to good placement just go for the Chandigarh university.

A total of 7412 placement offers were issued by 757 foreign companies during the most recent placement campaign in 2021.
