UPES University is a well-known university. Computer science engineering from UPES has more value than of Amity University.
Also, placement opportunities are more in UPES than Amity.

Being LPU alumni and ex CSE student from LPU I would recommend CSE is the best field. I think you should choose UPES is than Amity as it is way better in terms of placement, faculty, industry exposure and almost every aspect.
Unlike Amity, UPES students get placed for real and that too with really good organizations.
