Which process will start first in UPSEE counselling, allotment of colleges or choice filling?

First of all, you have to register for the counselling, and then you have to fill the choices, and then the seat allotment result will be out in the 1st week of July. -
Choice filling is part of counselling. UPTU organise mock choice filling process before actual counseling to make candidate aware of how to lock their choices.
