Which professional camera should a beginner buy to learn photography?

It depends on what's your budget, if your budget is up to 40K then you can go for Canon 200D it will help you up to amateur level too.

You could go for any of DSLRs such Nikon D3200 D3400 or Canon as well. Also, don't go with basic lens.
