Which professional course can I pursue to get a IT job with good designation?
I have completed my diploma in IT but due to some reasons I couldn't complete BE. Now I am doing job in non-it Company.

You have to do some specialised language course like Java and Python and enhance your capability in coding. After that, you can get better job without Having a BE degree.
