Which program should an M.Com wanting to make his career in teaching go for

my name is ketki,am an m.com final yr student , in few months my masters would b over,i teach & want to pursue my career in teaching itself & later in life i want to get into the business of education as well,i am confused between options like MBA (HRM),PHIL,PHD pls help me with guidance.thanku

complete post graduation . prepare for ugc net qualify for lecturer ship mean while complete m phil in your subject. this will lead you in your aim. later complete phd in required subject

go for M.phil first it will cover 40 % part of Ph.D. than PhD so you will definitely complete it in 3 years and after that your hands are up by a best job and helping other students as a guide in that subject with lots of earning in it inspite of going for a MBA option since there are very PhD's.

Dear Ketki, To further enhance your qualification by M-Phil or PHD you need to complete you Master's First. As mentioned, you be completing your Master's soon so its better to go for PHD than MBA again. All the best.
