Both offer you the same career prospects. The only difference is, if you aspire to do your Ph.D. in future, then you will have to do an MBA as PGDM won't make you eligible for it.

Both options are good. If you aim to do your Ph.D. In near future, go for MBA. Rest you can choose PGDM. PGDM is good as the curricular is more industry oriented and updated as compared to MBA. So choice is completely yours.

Both are good. PGDM is a industry oriented programme and specially designed on the basis of the industry needs. MBA is also a good course. So you can take anyone of them.

But only difference is PGDM syllabus are often prepared by college's or universities depending upon the current market requirements and they keep making changes in frequent intervals to keep their students market ready.
