dear sir/mam, what are the short/long term courses can be done after B.E. CHEMICAL in order to enhance chances to getting a job in reputed/core field company?

You may take up short term courses on Heat Exchanger Design, Process equipment sizing through ASPEN, Hazardous Chemical management, safety and reliability courses etc.
