Which program will add value to a B.Tech (Computer Science)

hi..:)\ni am pursuing my B.tech (Compter Science).So, After completion of B.tech shall i do my post graduation in M.tech or MBA. If it is MBA or M.tech which is better stream that shoots my professional. (i have my interest in computer languages especially java).
