Which program will add value to a B.Tech (ECE) from a career perspective
I have done B-Tech in ECE from IP University, Delhi, passed out in 2009. From Aug-09 to Aug-10 I worked as a GET in Videocon . Now I left that job and trying to get job in Telecom Companies like Ericsson, NSN, Huawei, but not able to succeed. Pls Suggest me some specialized cources which can help me

First you need to understand and analyse why your are not getting the job. Is it because of some academic qualification or knowledge, or some professional course or because of yourattitude, communication or behaviour. Aperson should not join any course for some reason.

Hi Niting,
There could be several different reasons because of which you have not been able to secure a job by not and analyzing the reason would help you to improve self and turn it as your advantage.
On the education front, Bachelors will always bring in very few instead restricted career options
